Ted Hilton and Tony Dolz

Not one but two dedicated immigration-reform activists who will present an exciting initiative! Ted Hilton, who played a critical role in the San Diego/Mexico "Lights On The Border" event in the early 90's and Tony Dolz, a Minuteman and Congressional candidate in the 30TH district, are co-proponents of the "California Real ID Act of 2008" which will for the first time, call for issuance of two types of birth certificate: One for children with at least one parent being a citizen or legal resident immigrant and one for parents who cannot document their citizenship or legal residency status. The law will call for the Registrar to enroll in the F-Verify Program and to check the social security number(s) of the parents. Photo ID and finger print of a type two certificate will be taken. The required documents will form part of the birth certificate and be made available to federal agencies such as ICE. The Initiative also limits the Cal-Works child-only benefits to a 5 year federal level rather than 18 years. Cal-Works benefit parents will be subject to the same documentary requirements as the birth certificates and have the same consequence such as making the application a public record available to federal agencies. Legal counsel tells us that these measures will have a very serious impact on halting fraud and abuse by illegal aliens using their children as "Jackpot Anchor Babies".

Don't miss this opportunity to meet and greet Ted and Tony who will clarify all aspects of the initiative, respond to questions and illustrate how it will save California taxpayers billions of dollars annually! Mark your calendar and plan to attend this exciting meeting to learn all about the.....
