The key spokesperson for candidate for CA Attorney General, Pro-Prop 187 Dr. JOHN EASTMAN. She is the Coalition Director for his campaign, founder of the The Libertas-West Project and Co-Director of the Center for Constitutional Jurisprudence. She teaches an advanced Constitution Law Clinic as an adjunct professor at Chapman University School of Law where she coordinates student legal research projects and directs litigation in support of Constitutional founding principles.

She is president of the Orange County Federalist Society lawyer chapter, serves on the board of the David Horowitz Freedom Center and is chair of the Orange County Lincoln Club's Political Action Forum. She was recently appointed to the CA Advisory Committee to the U.S. Civil Rights Commission. Since Dr. Eastman (who has repeatedly voiced his support of CA's Prop 187), cannot be with us due to scheduling problems, she will share details about his campaign for CA Attorney General, his platform and his goals and objectives if elected.

At an illegal immigration taskforce field hearing in Tustin, CA, Dr. Eastman said that only part of Prop 187 was struck down and that other provisions in the law are still standing. He said there is a provision in the law that lets lawsuits be brought forward for people and businesses that have been harmed by illegal immigration. Eastman said his Center for Constitutional Jurisprudence is fighting to restore Prop 187. And Eastman says we have to get rid of the doctrine that if you are born here, you automatically become a citizen. [14th Amendment / illegal alien "Anchor Babies].

Rep. Tom McClintock, one of the most respected conservative leaders in the state has endorsed his candidacy.
