The latest MEChA target is Monterey County, California. 
CCIR patriots attend meetings, distributing the CCIR documented data and sharing the truth with as many as possible to deny MEChA access to those campuses. They provide invaluable data (the California Education Codes) which may provide the tool to keep MEChA off other campuses and halt their goal to reconquer and reclaim the Southwestern states for Mexico as the "Nation of Aztlan" (pictured at right).

: MEChA vs CALIFORNIA EDUCATION CODES31835
: "Any use, by any individual, society, group or organization for the commission of any act intended to further any program or movement the purpose of which is to accomplish the overthrow of the government of the U.S or of the state by force, violence or other unlawful means while using school property pursuant to the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor".38136: "No governing board of a school district shall grant the use of any school property to any person or organization for any use in violation of Section 38135."
STATEMENT OF INFORMATION: In the interest of brevity, the below stipulations are included in this section:
a) An officer of any group wishing to utilize school property to establish their group on-campus must submit a STATEMENT OF INFORMATION denying any violation of Section 31835 under penalty of perjury.
b) The school board may require additional information deemed necessary prior to determining if use of school property violates Section 31835.
CONCLUSION:
Based on the above data, is there any question that:a) MEChA is a revolutionary-based organization intent on the overthrow of the U.S. government?
b) MEChA is in violation of California Education Codes?
c) Educational Officials who allow MEChA on-campus are in non-compliance with California Education Codes?
ACTION
:1. Contact YOUR local and state school boards - ask if MEChA is on any campus under their jurisdiction
2. If so, contact CCIR for documented data (Constitution face page/El Plan Espiritual de Aztlan/*California Education Codes)
3. Provide each school board member a copy of the documented CCIR data - AND:
a) REQUEST a copy of the MEChA Statement of Information (your right as it's public information). b) REQUEST a written copy of THEIR authorization for MEChA to be on THEIR campus (same as above). c) REQUEST a response as to WHY MEChA is allowed on campus and will they remain (same as above).4. File a formal protest with *Delaine Eastin, Supt. of Public Instruction, 721 Capitol Mall, Sacramento, CA 95814 * OTHER STATES: Request your state's Education Code. If the same violation is applicable, take the same action as noted above. Our youth is our future. TOGETHER we can get MEChA off our campuses.
